BPR is a FREE referral planning service. Our FREE services include pre planning, venue selection, venue site inspections, e-vites, and an overall great time! - Why book with BPR?
We have exclusive offerings, deals, and perks not available directly through each business. We supply birthday reservations in bulk to our strategic relationships which entitles you to better rates and special offers (special rates change frequently based on inventory and may change at anytime). - What are the costs involved?
BPR is a FREE referral service; there is absolutely no cost to you. You are only responsible to pay the business directly for any services, food, and beverages you'll incur or consume plus taxes and gratuities. - How far in advance do I need to book my event?
For best options, we recommend planning your event three to four weeks prior to the event date. However, we will accommodate your party within a 24 hour time period of your desired reservation. - What perks and specials offers are provided?
Because offers are always changing on a weekly bases its important to contact your Birthday specialist. - Number of guests permitted?
Availability at discounted rates tends to book up quickly. The number of guests will determine which location is available on the requested party date. Please make sure to contact your Birthday specialist today. - What is the dress code?

BPR recommends arriving on site one hour before your guests arrive - Who is my contact the day of the event?
Your BPR Birthday specialist will assist you through every step till that very day. You will receive an email notification 24 to 48 hours prior to the event date with the event managers name who operates the business you will be attending. You will ask for this person upon your arrival. - What happens if I'm late to my party?
All late arrivals will be treated fairly amongst other patrons. You will be accommodated in the best timely fashion. It is strongly recommended to be on time and arrive on site one hour before your guests arrive. - Are decorations permitted?
Decorations are to be determined, based on venue, party size, private room, or public space. - What are the night club door policies?

The legal drinking age in the United States is 21 and over. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs must comply with State Law. Any underage patrons consuming liquor in bars, restaurants, lounges, clubs, etc, but not limited to, are not the responsibility nor liability of BPR. Patrons must be of legal drinking age; proper identification must be available at time of consumption.We will assist with the planning of any under 21 event such as, but not limited to, a Sweet 16, Bar Mitzvah, or Bat Mitzvah. Under 21 events must be planned to be held as private events and must comply with State Laws. Such venues that will host under 21 events are spas, boutique shops, restaurants and nightclubs during off peak hours, and banquet & catering facilities and hotel ballrooms.

Since inventory is limited, we'd appreciate to receive all cancellations 72 hours prior to the event date. Please note, every business has their own cancellation policies. Please review all policies upon signing any contracts, if any, and before giving a deposit. - What warrants any additional costs?
Events larger than 50 guests such as but not limited to: a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, sweet 16, the Big 50th are subject to additional fees for services and hours contributed for planning such great occassions.
